Hiking Texas is a print-on-demand company which means that all products are unique and only produced once you order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not supported if you:

• Ordered the wrong item
• Ordered the wrong color
• Ordered the wrong size
• Entered the wrong shipping address

After your purchase, please allow 3-5 days for order production. We process orders in the way they are received. Most orders will arrive between 7-10 business days once they have been shipped. Depending on the items you purchase, your order may be split into multiple packages. For every package, you will receive email notification of your order details, shipment notification and tracking number, and delivery confirmation.
