Wear our goods at home or on the trail, and share your love for the Texas outdoors! But if your purchase doesn’t stand up to life’s adventures, we’ll make it right.


Double check your apparel sizes and shipping address!

Hiking Texas is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, entered the wrong shipping address or simply do not like the product. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order delivery date to request a return or exchange. If items of your order are damaged or have a manufacturing/printing error, your item is eligible for a refund or exchange.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at support@hikingtexas.com. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll arrange a replacement order to you at no cost

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
