Returns and Exchanges

 

Double check your apparel sizes, colors and shipping address!

 

Hiking Texas is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and only produced once ordered. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not supported if you:

  • Ordered the wrong item
  • Ordered the wrong color
  • Ordered the wrong size
  • Entered the wrong shipping address

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order delivery date to request a return or exchange. If items of your order are damaged, have a printing error, you received the incorrect item, or your order was lost, your item is eligible for a refund or exchange.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at support@hikingtexas.com. Please provide us a photo(s) of the items you have an issue with. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll arrange a replacement order to you at no cost

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee or food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
